The political and social aspect was one of the central pillars of the project, which is why investment was prioritized for the development of a socio-environmental and heritage pre-feasibility study. The document was prepared in collaboration with the company NEXOS, ensuring that the needs of the local communities were a priority in the project design.

Doña Rebeca aligns with the Lagging Areas Development Plan 2021-2029, promoting economic and social growth in Huara and its surroundings:
